How do online Wellness Counselling sessions work?
All sessions are conducted online using WhatsApp video. My classes and workshops are often on Zoom or Google meet. You can schedule sessions through my website, and I will video call you on WhatsApp at the start of our booking time.

Wellness Counselling covers a wide range of topics, including relationship issues, grief, life transitions, stress management, lifestyle changes, and support for individuals and couples facing specific challenges.
How long is a typical Wellness Counselling session, and how frequently should I schedule sessions?
Sessions typically last 60 or 90 minutes, and the frequency depends on your needs, schedule and wants. I recommend starting weekly or every two weeks, but, we can discuss the optimal schedule during our first session.
Are online sessions confidential?
Online sessions are held on secure platforms, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of our discussions. As an ASCHP registered counsellor, I am held to a code of ethics, which includes strictly protecting my clients confidentiality.

My approach is client-centered, authentic and compassion based. Sessions are customised to meet your unique needs. I work collaboratively with you to address specific concerns and goals.
